SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISION

Pixelfloww is exclusively engaged in the sale and distribution of digital products. Consequently, no physical shipment, logistics handling, or courier-based delivery mechanisms are applicable or provided under any circumstances.

2. MODE OF FULFILLMENT

2.1 Upon successful completion of payment through Razorpay or any other authorized payment gateway, the User shall be granted access to the purchased digital product via:

(a) An immediate download link displayed on the "Thank You" page; and/or

(b) A confirmation or access email which, if issued manually, may require a period of up to twenty-four (24) hours for dispatch.

2.2 Delivery shall be deemed conclusively completed once the download link is made available through either method described above.

3. ABSENCE OF PHYSICAL SHIPPING

3.1 As no tangible goods are offered, the following shall not apply:

(a) Courier tracking numbers;

(b) Estimated physical delivery timelines;

(c) Shipping charges or duties;

(d) Packaging or transit insurance.

3.2 Users acknowledge and agree that references to "shipping" or "delivery" in any standard payment gateway documentation are to be interpreted strictly in the context of digital fulfillment.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 The User bears sole responsibility for providing accurate and functional contact details, including an accessible email address at the time of purchase.

4.2 Pixelfloww shall not be liable for non-receipt, delay, or failed delivery of digital goods arising from incorrect, outdated, or otherwise invalid user information.

5. ACCESS FAILURE OR DELAY

In the event the User does not receive the digital product link within the aforementioned timeframe, the User must initiate contact by emailing pixelflow.official@gmail.com. Pixelfloww shall make reasonable efforts to reissue access where appropriate.

6. FINALITY OF DELIVERY

6.1 Once access to the product has been granted—whether through the Thank You page or email—custody, safekeeping, and backup of the files becomes the sole responsibility of the User.

6.2 Pixelfloww disclaims any obligation to re-provide or restore access due to deletion, device loss, technical error, or any cause not attributable to Pixelfloww.

7. NO LIABILITY FOR EXTERNAL FAILURE

Pixelfloww shall not be held responsible for access disruptions resulting from internet outages, email service provider failures, spam filtering, or other technical impediments outside its direct control.

By purchasing any digital product from Pixelfloww, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
