### 10. AFFILIATE POLICY

10.1 **Affiliate Program Overview**:

Pixelfloww may, from time to time, establish and operate an affiliate marketing program (“Affiliate Program”), whereby third parties (“Affiliates”) may promote and refer purchasers to the Products. Affiliates are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, partners, or joint venturers of Pixelfloww.

10.2 **No Authority to Bind**:

Affiliates shall have no authority, express or implied, to bind Pixelfloww to any representation, warranty, obligation, or agreement. Any representations or claims made by an Affiliate outside of the official Pixelfloww marketing materials shall be deemed unauthorized and void.

10.3 **Affiliate Compensation**:

Affiliates may be compensated pursuant to separate written agreements or program guidelines provided by Pixelfloww. Such compensation shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy for Affiliate’s promotional activities. 10.4 **Affiliate Conduct and Compliance**:

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

- Making false, misleading, or deceptive claims regarding the Products;

- Engaging in spam, unsolicited messaging, or prohibited advertising practices;

- Using infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content in connection with promotion;

- Misrepresenting themselves as representatives or employees of Pixelfloww.

10.5 **Limitation of Liability for Affiliate Activity**:

Pixelfloww disclaims all liability arising from or related to Affiliate activity. Any dispute, claim, or grievance arising out of an Affiliate’s representations, conduct, or promotional practices shall be deemed the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.

10.6 **Termination of Affiliate Participation**:

Pixelfloww reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, revoke, or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, and without obligation to provide prior notice.

10.7 **User Acknowledgement Regarding Affiliates**:

Users acknowledge that promotional offers, endorsements, or recommendations made by third-party Affiliates are provided by independent contractors. Users are strongly encouraged to verify all purchase-related information exclusively via the official Site (https://pixelfloww.systeme.io/) and the official email (pixelflow.official@gmail.com).
